Policy and Returns

Express Fees

Custom work is currently 10-12 weeks out, express fees are offered for $75.00 per item!

Custom items ordered with brands, names, verses or any other customization included in the design cannot be returned or refunded!

Items that are returned must be in original condition. Stains, sweat marks, wear marks, odors or other alterations to the product will not be accepted.

Our policy lasts 72 hours after your package has been marked delivered. If 72 hours has gone by since receiving package you're no longer eligible for a refund or returns! 

If an item can be resold, a 25% restocking fee. Any payment processing fees, shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.

Nonexchangeable Items

Earrings, hats, worn shoes and physically attached items such as phone grips and card wallets.

Cancellation Policy

Your order of in stock inventory can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase ONLY if the packaged has not shipped. If your order has shipped, no cancellation is allowed. If applicable, please view return and refund policy.

All order cancellations will also have a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the amount spent on the order.

Steps for Returning Items

1. Please email us at to initiate your return/refund process, from there shipping address will be provided

2. Product must be in original condition and within the 72 hour period, said item or items must be shipped within this time period as well. You will be held responsible for shipping costs to return your product, please make sure to get a tracking number as we are not responsible it item gets lost.

3. Once product is received, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount spent on the order along with shipping as that has been stated as nonrefundable.
